  1. Job Summary: The position holder will work closely with DREAMS social workers and sub county coordinators. S/he will support the implementation of the DREAMS project through supporting AGYW access different services at the safe space. The DREAMS safe space manager will as well support in overall administration and management of safe space activities, ensure AGYW discipline, ensure good sanitation and hygiene at safe space and carry out all management of the store at the safe space.

RECRUITMENT CRITERIA 

  1. Job requirements ie Education, related experience, skills and knowledge .
  • The candidate must hold a certificate in Uganda Certificate of Education.
  • Must be a registered Ugandan Citizen with a valid National Identification Card.
  • Experience with DREAMS programming is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge and experience working with communities and AGYW.
  • Good communication and presentation skills 
  • Ability to work in a rural and multi-cultural environment.
  • Good record keeping skills
  • Good counseling skills
  • Ability to work under minimum supervision.
  • Current knowledge on HIV prevention,Care and Response. 
  • Knowledge and understanding of Health Systems in Uganda
